3.1 Each player may hold only one 393bet account. Multiple accounts held by a single individual constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of funds subject to investigation.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 393bet account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, your mobile number, and date of birth.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 393bet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 393bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts where the player has shared credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
3.4 393bet may require identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.5 You must notify 393bet promptly if your registered contact details change. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to access account recovery services and receive important security notifications.
4.1 All 393bet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at prevailing rates where technically supported.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating account.

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you have requested a change and that change has been approved by 393bet.
5.2 All identity verification requirements must be satisfied before 393bet processes a withdrawal. This includes age verification, address verification, and payment method verification where applicable.
5.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the 393bet platform. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at 393bet's discretion based on account history and verification status.
5.4 393bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any account that is suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.
5.5 Withdrawal processing times are published per payment method within the cashier. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah may take longer to process than mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa accounts.
6.1 All bets placed on 393bet are subject to the game-specific rules published within the platform for each product (sports betting, casino games, slots, Dragon Tiger, and lottery games). By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules for that product.
6.2 All game and bet results settled by 393bet are final. Errors in settlement arising from technical faults will be investigated and corrected where verifiable. Settlement decisions made in accordance with applicable rules are not subject to reversal.
6.3 Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with 393bet customer support within 72 hours of the settlement time displayed in your bet history. Disputes raised outside this window will not be accepted.
6.4 393bet reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay the settlement of any bet where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, irregular market activity, or breach of betting integrity protocols.
6.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface before a bet is placed.
Cricket betting markets on 393bet — including PSL, international Test cricket, ODIs, and T20 competitions — are subject to the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In-play markets are subject to change and may be suspended at any point during a live event.

7.3 Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.4 Attempting to abuse bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or collusive play will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

9.1 393bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
9.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 393bet will contact the account holder at the registered email address. The account holder must respond to any information requests within the timeframe specified in the communication.
9.3 Players may close their own 393bet accounts voluntarily at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
9.4 Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder are processed immediately and block platform access for the nominated period. Self-excluded players who circumvent this measure by registering new accounts will have those accounts closed and funds returned without winnings.

14.1 393bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active account holders via the registered email address or through a platform notification.
14.2 Continued use of the 393bet platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 393bet is registered and operates. Players accessing 393bet from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani laws.
15.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 393bet's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which 393bet is registered.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
